New York, NY, March 1, 2012 – IntraLinks Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: IL), a leading provider of critical information exchange solutions, today announced the launch of IntraLinks Connect for the enterprise. IntraLinks ConnectTM is an enterprise-grade platform that enables any employee, within or outside an organisation, to share content and collaborate with businesses partners beyond the firewall while ensuring adherence to corporate control, security and compliance requirements.

As a recognised leader in team collaboration and virtual data rooms, IntraLinks has enabled the exchange and control of information in areas such as strategic transactions and life sciences. With the introduction of IntraLinks Connect for enterprises, IntraLinks now extends its leading control, security, compliance, and auditing capabilities to every employee within an organisation. In addition, IntraLinks Connect subscription based pricing allows for easy adoption by the entire enterprise.
